1.) Prices

The price stated for the items purchased does not include a discount,
reductions or VAT.

2.) Miscellaneous
 |
 |
a.) |
Deviations, additions or subsidiary agreements, in particular warranties must be made in
writing to be valid.
|
 |
b.) |
All conditions are valid for the sale of used vehicle parts as well
as for the sale of used vehicles or vehicles damaged in accidents.
|
3.) Payment
 |
 |
a.) |
Payment shall be made on acceptance of the items purchased,
no discount or reductions are valid and VAT must be added.
|
 |
b.) |
Payment shall be made in cash or by cheque or cheque verification card.
An agreement can be made to make payment by bank transfer.
|
 |
c.) |
Interest on defaulted payments is charged at a rate of 3% p.a. over the official discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
The items purchased remain the property of the selling party until payment has been made in full.

4.) Warranty

a.) |
A warranty of 12 months is offered on all used spare parts.
The warranty is subject to the selling partyÕs conditions of warranty.
The warranty states that all items purchased must be installed by a qualified workshop
and that this must be proven in case of damage.

5.) Liability

a.) |
The purchaser is obliged to inform the selling party immediately in writing
of any damage caused by the items purchased or to have the selling party record the damage.
|

b.) |
The selling party is only liable for damage if the selling party, its legal representative or those providing the service
in its name have acted with intention and gross negligence.
|
 |
c.) |
Legal representatives, those providing the service in the selling partyÕs name and those employed by the selling party are
not personally liable to the purchaser, unless they have acted with intention and gross negligence.

6.) Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction

a.) |
Place of fulfilment is the premises of the selling party. The jurisdiction of the selling party is the sole jurisdiction
for any current or future claims arising from the business relationship with fully qualified merchants, including bills and cheques receivable. The same jurisdiction
is valid should the purchaser not have a general jurisdiction in Germany, should he have relocated his address or general place of residence to another country or
should his address or general place of residence have been unknown when the action was brought.
